Customer satisfaction is important to us at Candle Marketplace. If you receive merchandise that is broken or defective, email us immediately using our contact us page to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please include the original order number in your email. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt. If your merchandise was received broken or defective, your account will be credited or a replacement item will be promptly shipped to you.
We do not accept returns without prior approval. All items must be returned via USPS Priority mail within 7 days of purchase so please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. Candle Marketplace does not pay ANY shipping and handling on returned items. Products that are returned must be in original packaging and unused. We will not issue a refund on products that have been used.
Candle Marketplace will not authorize refunds or make exchanges if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular fragrance, please order a sample size before purchasing a larger quantity.
